From Adelaide ice works to Newcastle’s first dairy cool room.
Sid Cole built NSW’s first dairy cool room in the 1920s and opened a refrigeration cabinet factory in Broadmeadow in 1946. In 1964 the business was sold to two of his senior staff. We are still owned by the people who work here.
